My approach
IS DIFFERENT
Anyone can take nice photos of you two. But I strive for more than that. I want to capture something more precious and important. I want you to be involved in every part of this process. That way, in the end, these photos will truly be yours and a part of your story. Messy, imperfect, emotional, vulnerable, with wide smiles and eyes full of tears.
My Process
What can you expect
Introductory meeting
After sending the inquiry, I will send you a tentative offer of wedding photography and some basic information about my work. Then we set a date for the introductory meeting (chat over tea live or via Zoom) where I present my workflow in more detail, and together we clarify all questions and possible concerns. This is followed by an overview of the plan of your wedding day and the preparation of an approximate timeline for wedding photography. Then I adjust the tentative offer according to your wishes.
Reservation
After the introductory meeting, I will email you the offer and the contract prepared specifically for you, as agreed at the meeting. If necessary, we adjust the contract and the offer at this point to meet your wishes. Then, after signing the contract, you send me one signed copy (electronically or by post). In order to finalize the reservation for the wedding photography session, an advance of 40% of the total price must be paid within ten days after signing the contract. Then your date is booked.
A month before the wedding
A short meeting to review the timeline of the wedding day. Overview of all information about locations, schedule and other details that are important for the smooth flow of my work and your day. This is followed by the payment of the full price of the wedding package. This is further followed by the preparation and execution of the pre-wedding photo shoot. You will then receive the edited photos in a private online gallery within 10 working days, which you can share, save and print.
Wedding day
The photographing of the wedding day takes place according to the agreed schedule and set package. I make sure that I unobtrusively capture all the really important, unique and emotional moments. Of course, I adapt to all unpredictable situations to the best of my ability. In all probability, I will cry and laugh with you and join you on the dance floor later to better capture the fun atmosphere and playfulness of the wedding party.
Ten working days after the wedding
I will send you a preview of the wedding photos that you can enjoy while relaxing on your honeymoon, share them with your loved ones, and change profile photos on social networks.
Sixty working days after the wedding
You will receive all edited wedding photos via a private password-protected online gallery. You can save the gallery and share it with your loved ones. Take your time and review the photos together with music and a glass of something good in peace. Go back in time and relive your wonderful and unique day.
Getting the photos and the photo book
As an addon, you can choose a package of printed wedding photos (selection of favorite photos) and a USB key with all photos in full resolution. When picking up the photos, we will also hold a meeting where I will present you the options for designing a wedding photo book. You can choose between a variety of photo book models and decide on dimensions, materials and the design of the interior. Then, based on the agreement, I will send you an offer by email. After the final decision, I will also prepare a digital preview for you. After your corrections and possible adjustments, it's time for the photo book to go to in to the production. This is when you pay the full price for the production and design of the photo book. Your photo book is ready for picking up about two months later.
